Look at all the lovely ladies who joined us on a snowy February morning!
The brunch at Quinta was so yummy and the service was great.
It was also really nice to chat with so many intelligent, engaged women – thank you so much for coming out ladies! We had a lot of new faces join us as well and it was so funny to listen to the different connections between people be shared. It’s such a cliché but it’s just so true; we live in such a small world.
I think everyone enjoyed their brunches as much as I did mine. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Rosti, that came slathered in a soft cream cheese, a layer of salmon and topped with a fresh arugula salad. I really appreciate when brunch dishes come with a good, solid salad, not just a small fruit collection to the side.
Despite being stuffed, we couldn’t help but try the Bread Pudding made of croissant. It was deep fried deliciousness.
And then!! Lora treated us again! She baked and decorated cupcake cookies. They look so pro. I forced Lora to take a photo of her holding up one of her creations but with the slow shutter speed on my point and shoot, she kept on blinking so instead here’s an Instagram shot of her cookies.
Totally cute, right? Thank you Lora! I haven’t eaten mine yet because I’m still admiring it.
It’s always so hard to try to capture snow, but it was really pretty!
